Role Description Lola Blankets is seeking a Paid Media Director to lead our paid media function across all channels. This is a critical leadership role for someone who has scaled budgets for top consumer brands and is ready to bring that expertise into a high-growth, premium DTC environment. You’ll set the vision for paid media, own 8-figure budgets, and guide how Lola invests in performance and brand-building campaigns. Beyond strategy, you’ll bring proven frameworks, strong industry relationships, and the leadership skills to level up both internal and external channel partners. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the full paid media strategy across digital and traditional, including but not limited to: Paid Social, Paid Search, YouTube, Podcasts, Direct Mail, TV, and OOH. - Build and manage channel budgets and forecasts. - Build strategies and relationships that drive both brand growth and performance. - Partner closely with leadership, finance, and creative to align paid media with company-wide growth plans. - Mentor and develop a high-performing team of channel strategists, media planners, buyers, and agencies. - Leverage strong vendor and platform relationships (Meta, Google, measurement vendors, data partners) to unlock new opportunities, betas, and favorable deals. - Stay ahead of industry shifts (privacy, attribution, AI) to future-proof Lola’s paid media investments. - Own and advance our attribution modeling, experimentation, and insights. Qualifications - 7+ years of paid media experience, ideally at a top DTC, consumer tech, or global agency working with tier-one brands. - Proven ability to manage and scale paid media budgets through rapid channel expansion and aggressive budget growth. - Deep expertise across multiple channels with a strong grasp of both performance and brand media. - Strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to model spend-to-revenue outcomes. - Proven experience facilitating creative collaboration and workflows with paid media. - Leadership experience building and managing cross-functional teams and agencies. - A growth mindset with the creativity to test and the rigor to scale. Role Description As the Director of SMB Account Management for New Verticals, you will lead our Implementation and Account Management teams across SMB and select Mid-Market merchants.
