Business Development Representative

FlexTrades

• Conduct outbound business-to-business (B2B) prospecting calls assigned by FlexTrades’ lead generation team • Develop and nurture leads to generate and qualify multiple pipeline opportunities for new business on a weekly basis • Partner with FlexTrades Client Solutions Managers to achieve web-based discovery presentations • Answer questions regarding FlexTrades solutions, while identifying additional business opportunities • Gather prospective client information and document in Salesforce CRM, with high degree of accuracy and consistency • Schedule prospective qualified clients for meetings with our Client Solutions team • Partner with team members to observe interactions throughout the sales cycle

Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years Business to business (B2B) sales experience required
  • Proven sales skills, self-drive and communication skills
  • Strong ability to show curiosity for uncovering prospective client needs
  • Experience utilizing technology tools (MS Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and CRM experience)
  • Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred (will consider sales experience in lieu of degree)
  • Limited travel required (quarterly sales meetings)
  • Manufacturing Industry experience preferred
  • Staffing/Workforce Solutions experience
