Digital Sales Representative
Ferguson
• Handle inbound call/chat volume, with expectations of taking between 40-50 inbound customer calls/chats per 8-hour workday • Complete all Brand Sales Trainings (BST) each month • Meet 85% schedule adherence to assigned schedule as referenced in Genesys phone system • Maintain excellent customer service standards through call quality, problem solving, ownership over any customer issue, and going above & beyond to address all needs • Maintain customer records by logging and retaining correct and precise information in Salesforce.com • Proactively identify and report website, process, product page, or post‑call issues or bugs encountered during your daily workflow • Work with a team of 15-20 other sales associates • Success will be measured through call quality, and profit dollars generated monthly • Demonstrate strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage guests
Job Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1–2 years of prior sales, retail, or customer service experience
- Be highly detail oriented and have superior interpersonal skills
- Proven experience using critical thinking tools to solve customer issues
- Self-motivated, great teammate, and fast learner
- Systematic and adaptable approach
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office and Google Office suites
- Ability to type 40+ WPM for phone and 45+ WPM for chat
- Strong organizational skills
- Reliable and consistent internet connection
