• Responsibility for defined key accounts within our target industries (telecommunications, insurance, banking, retail, energy utilities). • Develop account plans with clear growth targets, pipeline and executive touchpoints. • Build strong, trust-based relationships with board members/CEOs and department heads. • Conduct executive and quarterly business reviews, create joint roadmaps and co-innovation initiatives with our key customers. • Manage the entire sales cycle including RFI/RFP responses, proposal strategy, business case/ROI, pricing/TCO and contract negotiations through to close (framework agreements, multi-year service contracts). • Analyze customer requirements and design solutions that deliver real value (Voice, Web, App, Chatbot, AI). • Establish long-term partnerships, drive cross-/upselling along the customer journey, and actively manage stakeholders across business units, IT, procurement and management. • Work closely with technology and sales partners (e.g., Genesys, Sprinklr, Parloa, Google), collaborating on joint campaigns and offer development. • Maintain a reliable pipeline, accurate forecasting and regular deal reviews; work closely with Presales, Delivery, Finance and Legal to ensure clean implementation.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales of complex IT/software/service solutions, with proven closures at senior/C-level and experience with multi-year contracts.
- Proven track record in acquiring and growing key accounts (hunting & farming), confident executive presence and strong stakeholder management.
- Solid knowledge of customer experience and contact center technologies and digital platforms (ideally experience with Genesys, NICE, Avaya, Microsoft Teams/Dynamics, Salesforce).
- Familiarity with AI/automation, omnichannel and analytics — or the ability to quickly and effectively develop expertise in these areas.
- Strong commercial understanding: business case/ROI, TCO/pricing, margin management; confidence in commercial and legal matters (including procurement/contract law).
- Strategic thinker with ownership and results orientation: you combine a hunter mentality with a sustainable farmer mindset.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in German and English; confident at C-level, structured and reliable.
- Team player: close coordination with Presales, Delivery, Marketing, Finance and Legal; enjoyment of achieving results together.
