Experienced HubSpot Consultant

W4 Marketing meets IT

• Strategy & Concept (Consulting): Lead workshops to identify business objectives and develop clear HubSpot strategies. • Technical Execution & Implementation (Hands-on): Actively implement strategies directly within the HubSpot instance (e.g., automations, pipeline setup, custom objects). • System Integration: Provide operational support for integrating interfaces (APIs/apps) with the client's existing IT infrastructure. • Troubleshooting: Quickly and effectively resolve technical issues during live operations. • Data-driven Optimization: Continuously analyze HubSpot performance and directly implement improvement measures. • Reporting Development: Create and maintain custom dashboards to make success measurable and transparent. • Solution Selling: Identify growth opportunities and technically expand existing solutions (upselling). • Contract Management: Confidently negotiate terms and prepare tailored proposals.

Job Requirements

  • Strong experience with the HubSpot platform
  • Strong experience in conducting workshops and concept development
  • Experience in designing sales and marketing funnels
  • Strong knowledge of CRM and HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent German language skills are a must
  • Good English skills
