• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility to meet State and Federal regulations • Supervise all department managers to ensure the facility is in compliance • Responsible for the delivery of clinical services integrated with business plans while meeting or exceeding quality, clinical and utilization standards • Ensure premier customer service while facilitating the resolution of resident care issues

• Perform accounting and analytical reporting duties within a team environment to ensure client and investor deliverables are prepared and completed timely and accurately • Assist with preparing fund financial statements supporting schedules • Participate in team discussions on fund accounting process improvements • Reconcile reports from different systems for consistency • Prepare work papers and complete associated checklists • Assist with annual audits, including preparation of related schedules

• Own the integrity and accuracy of equity data in Shareworks including the equity plan and capitalization table • Accurately process equity activity, including grants, share issuances, RSU releases, option exercises, and stock purchase plan allocations, ensuring regulatory compliance • Maintain accurate participant data • Work and collaborate with cross functional business partners (accounting, tax, payroll, compensation, legal and others) • Perform monthly, quarterly and annual equity activity reconciliations • Have a user first mentality when helping Stripes • Foster exceptional equity participant experiences by creating presentations, answering inquiries, developing educational resources, and managing the internal equity site • Develop streamlined equity administration processes, system automations, and global tax compliance strategies

• Lead the build, implementation, and ongoing optimization of the Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) • Serve as the primary resource for CTMS updates, enhancements, modifications, and system support • Oversee system security, user access, and compliance monitoring • Partner with Information Systems to identify system integrations and assess feasibility • Validate initial study builds and ensure consistent utilization of all system modules (study setup, calendars, data collection, budgeting) • Collaborate with Research Finance on the financial components of the CTMS • Develop CTMS workflows to support recruitment, data management, billing compliance, and study oversight • Create and maintain policies, procedures, and standard work instructions for CTMS use • Generate accurate and timely reports on study activity, metrics, and financials • Collaborate with Revenue Cycle and Finance teams to support financial reporting and reconciliation • Provide end-user training and troubleshooting as the internal CTMS subject-matter expert
