Account Data Analyst

• Support sales, service, and order management teams by validating and remediating requested customer information • Accurately enter data into CRM and ensure accuracy in all ERP systems • Provide first level support to downstream users as needed • Simplify and maintain sales operations processes and policies using lean methodologies to continuously improve customer account data • Execute processes to support customer account requests within the agreed upon support level agreement • Coordinate all activities related to quarter and month end customer support • Act as a cross-functional coordinator to resolve customer issues & complaints arising from account requests
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in order management, customer sales/service, data entry or similar experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales support, order management, customer service and/or data administration roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Strong English capability in both spoken and written
- Must have a dedicated home office that includes high speed internet access or if local, can work from GEHC Waukesha office
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

Reporting to the Clinical Care Manager, the Triage RN is responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and coordinating patient/family needs for the purpose of providing preventative and supportive care to the terminally ill patient/family unit with the collaboration of the interdisciplinary team.
