Prospect Analyst

What You'll Do As our Prospect Analyst, you will analyze and transform data from multiple marketing and sales channels to assess performance, identify trends, and develop applicable insights. An important part of is that you will work with large marketing datasets in Snowflake, transforming and organizing data (using tools such as SQL and DBT)to ensure accurate reporting. You will partner with Marketing, Sales, Strategy, and Customer Success teams to support campaign targeting, performance evaluation, and Go-To-Market programs with data-driven recommendations. You will report to the Director, Prospect Analytics. This is a remote position in the United States. #LI-Remote What Your Responsibilities Will Be - Analyze marketing data across multiple channels to identify trends, performance drivers, and opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness. - Develop insights that support marketing strategy, customer acquisition, and lifecycle management. - Translate complex data into clear recommendations that influence decisions. - Monitor performance trends and communicate insights to team members across the organization. Campaign Targeting & Segmentation - Support marketing teams by developing targeted audience lists and segmentation strategies for outbound, digital, and email campaigns - Analyze customer behavior and engagement patterns to improve targeting and campaign performance. Data Preparation & Transformation - Work with large datasets in Snowflake using SQL to prepare and transform data for reporting - Use tools such as DBT to manage reliable datasets that support marketing analytics. - Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of reporting datasets - Conduct exploratory and ad-hoc analysis to answer business questions and identify new growth opportunities. Data Integration - Work with 3rd party API's, integrate external data sources and apply fuzzy matching techniques to enrich customer and prospect datasets What You'll Need to be Successful - 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics or Marketing Analytics - Experience with SQL and working with large datasets in Snowflake - Experience with Python for data analysis or predictive modeling - Familiarity with DBT or similar tools for data transformation and data modeling - Work with marketing, sales, and strategy teams - Experience generating business insights from marketing data Pay Range Details The base pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations. Colorado $88,000-$140,800 (annually) Washington $88,000-$155,700 (annually) California $88,000-$170,300 (annually) NYC $106,500-$170,300 (annually) The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual salary/wage may be based on various factors, such as geographic location, candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. This role is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance, depending on the terms of the applicable plan and the employee’s role.
