Revenue Analytics Manager

Webflow

• Own Customer Success and Partner analytics that drive retention, expansion, forecasting, and long term customer value • Partner with Customer Success and Partners Leadership to deliver actionable insights, dashboards, and reporting that support account planning and prioritization • Collaborate with Product and Data teams to connect product usage signals with customer outcomes and GTM motions • Own the development of customer health and expansion analytics, using product and GTM data to surface expansion opportunities and risk across existing accounts • Own partnerships performance analytics and work alongside Partners Leadership to optimize sourced, influenced, and co sell motions • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across Salesforce, Snowflake, and product analytics systems, maintaining a high bar for trust and usability • Translate complex data into clear, compelling insights and recommendations for non-technical stakeholders • Support ad hoc analytics requests across Customer Success, Partnerships, and broader GTM initiatives

Job Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in customer analytics, product analytics, or GTM analytics within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with data warehouses such as Snowflake
  • Experience building dashboards and reporting in Tableau or comparable BI tools
  • Solid understanding of post sales GTM motions including customer success, renewals, expansion, and partnerships
  • Experience working with Salesforce and customer account data
  • Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights for both individual contributors and leadership.
