Role Description As a Cellphone Team Representative, you will be responsible for validating phone numbers and accurately documenting results. This position is strictly dialer-based and does not involve speaking with people. There will be no interaction with customers or live conversations. Key Responsibilities - Place outbound calls using phone numbers obtained through the LexisNexis system - Determine whether phone numbers are valid, invalid, or unknown - Leave a standard voicemail message when applicable - Accurately document all call outcomes in the system Schedule & Hours - Part-time: 24 hours per week - Shifts are scheduled at company discretion within the following available timeframes: - Weekday shifts between 9:00am-5:00pm (EST) or 12:00pm-8:00pm (EST) - One weekday evening shift 4:00pm-8:00pm (EST) - Mandatory Saturday shift 9:00am-1:00pm (EST) - Saturday morning availability is required - Final schedule will be determined after training based on business needs and availability Requirements - Remote position - Must provide your own computer/laptop with: - Working camera and microphone - Headset - Stable internet connection - Not compatible: - Chromebooks - Macs running iOS 11.6 or lower - Laptops in S-Mode - Recommended: Additional monitor for multitasking - Strong attention to detail and reliability - Punctuality is required - Cellphone use limited to two 15-minute breaks and scheduled lunch - Must adhere to RTR policies and the Employee Handbook Compensation - $12.00/ hr - Training for this position is 1 hour and is paid.
