Develop and implement mobile segment marketing plans for memory and storage hardware products, focused on specific audiences and integrating disclosures, announcements, and events as well as targeted content. Develop and execute yearly editorial calendar focused on mobile. Lead creation and strategic direction of content (blogs, podcasts, infographics, etc.) to support the mobile narrative. Manage strategy and tactics for mobile-related product launches with the business unit and additional GCM stakeholders. May telecommute. Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field and three years of experience in the job offered or in a Marketing Communications Specialist-related occupation. Position also requires experience in: 1. Strategic planning for integrated marketing (social media, PR, internal communications, ABM, paid media, Web, events) 2. Mobile/Edge/IoT hardware domain knowledge 3. Tactical execution of plans including program and project management using tools like Adobe Workfront 4. Domain mastery of APAC media landscape and marketing tactics The US base salary range that Micron Technology, Inc. estimates it could pay for this full-time position is $147,370.00 - $246,000. What you'll do: NinjaTrader is seeking a Sr. Lifecycle Marketing Manager to build and scale in-product lifecycle experiences. This role will focus on developing strategies to introduce personalized in-product messaging throughout the customer lifecycle, driving activation, engagement, and retention. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with experience executing multi-channel lifecycle journeys on platforms like Braze, who has a strong performance bias and can turn strategy into executable lifecycle experiences with measurable outcomes. In this role you will: - Build and manage multi-channel lifecycle programs with a focus on in-product messaging - Identify and implement segmentation and personalization opportunities - Execute lifecycle experiences across onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation programs based on product usage - Partner with Product and Data teams to ensure required segmentation and personalization data triggers are available - Run A/B tests and experiments to improve lifecycle performance - Monitor campaign performance and surface insights and recommendations - Continuously improve messaging, timing, segmentation, and channel mix - Work closely with Product Marketing to translate messaging and positioning into lifecycle programs - Support product launches by driving awareness and adoption through coordinated lifecycle experiences - Ensure high-quality execution through strong QA and documentation - Drive process improvements as the lifecycle function scales What you'll need: - 6–8 years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing - Hands-on experience executing campaigns in Braze or comparable platforms - Strong understanding of segmentation, triggers, and customer journeys - Proficiency working with data, metrics, and experimentation - Excellent attention to detail and execution quality Bonus points for: - Background in fintech, big tech, or high-growth B2C companies Compensation: The salary range for this role will be $95,000 - $145,000.00 USD. In addition, this position will also receive an annual target bonus of 10%. Bonus pay at NinjaTrader is based on individual performance (50%) as well as company/team performance (50%). Salary and bonus earnings are only two components of the total compensation package offered by NinjaTrader. NinjaTrader offers a 401K plan through ADP under which the company will match up to 3.5% of employee contributions. Annual paid time off allowance accrues at a rate of 23 days per year (some positions may qualify for more) plus seven paid holidays.
