AST SpaceMobile is building the first and only global cellular broadband network in space to operate directly with standard, unmodified mobile devices based on our extensive IP and patent portfolio and designed for both commercial and government applications. Our engineers and space scientists are on a mission to eliminate the connectivity gaps faced by today’s five billion mobile subscribers and finally bring broadband to the billions who remain unconnected. Position Overview We are seeking a Program Scheduling Director to establish and lead an enterprise‑level scheduling capability across a portfolio of complex commercial and government programs. This role will initially support a flagship constellation‑style program and expand to company‑wide responsibility. The successful candidate will build a trusted, authoritative Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), define scheduling standards and processes, and grow an internal scheduling function that scales with the organization. This is a builder role suited for a senior scheduling professional who thrives in fast‑paced, technically complex environments and is energized by creating structure where little currently exists. Key Responsibilities IMS Development and Ownership - Own and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) as the authoritative schedule for complex, cross‑functional programs - Develop and sustain a comprehensive IMS covering all major phases of program execution - Translate high‑level milestones into detailed, logic‑driven activity networks with clear critical path visibility - Establish and manage schedule baselines and control updates through formal change management practices - Support multiple programs through scalable, consistent scheduling methodologies Schedule Analysis and Reporting - Analyze and report schedule performance against approved baselines on a regular cadence - Identify schedule variances, key drivers, and recovery recommendations - Maintain near‑term look‑ahead schedules to support execution planning and coordination - Produce recurring schedule status and performance reports highlighting milestone progress, critical path insights, risks, and trends - Create concise, executive‑level schedule visuals to support leadership briefings - Provide schedule inputs to support program reviews and informed decision‑making Cross‑Functional Interface - Serve as the primary scheduling point of contact for cross‑functional teams across geographically distributed environments - Drive regular schedule status collection and integrate updates into the master schedule with consistent logic and data discipline - Build trusted working relationships and influence stakeholders through data‑driven insights and credibility - Support program sessions and milestone reviews with schedule analysis and critical path insight Process and Toolset Establishment - Define and document enterprise scheduling standards and best practices - Select, administer, and optimize enterprise scheduling tools in coordination with key stakeholders - Develop practical schedule input templates and guidance to enable efficient updates from technical teams - Maintain scheduling documentation and reference materials to support long‑term program consistency Team Leadership and Capability Growth - Contribute to the growth and maturation of the organization’s scheduling capability - Recruit, onboard, and mentor scheduling professionals as the organization evolves - Promote consistency in scheduling methods, tools, and data standards across programs Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Systems, Business, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience) Experience: - 8+ years of experience developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules on complex hardware development programs - aerospace, defense, or satellite strongly preferred - Demonstrated experience building an IMS from scratch on a program with distributed, multi-site teams across engineering disciplines - Expert proficiency in Microsoft Project Pro and/or Primavera P6; The Job Oversee and manage the Broker Account Executive team in order to achieve monthly broker sales targets. Monitor daily sales performance and make adjustments as needed to achieve the monthly sales goal. Develop strategy and provide direction to longer-term opportunities to maximize sales. Responsible for the oversight, training and servicing of the broker distribution channel, agencies and agents, in the assigned market aiming to position our health plan for sales achievement and success. You Will Develop strategy, tactics, sales plans and sales targets to ensure membership growth and retention. Provides leadership for the day-to-day operations of Broker Account Executives, while maintaining focus on the company’s strategic goals. Maintains business relationships with agency representatives with a special focus on SCAN’s Field Marketing Organization (FMO) agencies. Through ongoing communication with FMOs, continuously improve the operational integration with the FMOs so that SCAN is a preferred MA partner. Ensures targeted goals and production standards by providing positive enrollment opportunities and resources for each sales region. Oversees training and coaching for Broker Account Executives based on performance expectations and compliance requirements. Develops and maintains relationships with the medical community, including core providers and medical groups. Increases opportunities for community events that enhance enrollment within each service area. Utilizes ability to influence, develop, and empower Broker Account Executives to achieve objectives utilizing a team approach. Directs adherence to all state and federal requirements for regulatory/compliance. Solicits and services major FMO accounts. Maintains timely and effective communications with the VP of National Sales and assists with monthly sales forecasts and revisions. Establishes performance goals for all Broker Account Executives, and monitors performance on a continual basis. Develops and maintains a strong working relationship with key internal departments that support broker sales. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective new broker/agents to drive future success. Maintain staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities. Accomplish staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching and counseling employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. Your Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Brokerage certification 10+ years of Medicare Advantage Plan sales experience required.
