The Job Oversee and manage the Broker Account Executive team in order to achieve monthly broker sales targets. Monitor daily sales performance and make adjustments as needed to achieve the monthly sales goal. Develop strategy and provide direction to longer-term opportunities to maximize sales. Responsible for the oversight, training and servicing of the broker distribution channel, agencies and agents, in the assigned market aiming to position our health plan for sales achievement and success. You Will Develop strategy, tactics, sales plans and sales targets to ensure membership growth and retention. Provides leadership for the day-to-day operations of Broker Account Executives, while maintaining focus on the company’s strategic goals. Maintains business relationships with agency representatives with a special focus on SCAN’s Field Marketing Organization (FMO) agencies. Through ongoing communication with FMOs, continuously improve the operational integration with the FMOs so that SCAN is a preferred MA partner. Ensures targeted goals and production standards by providing positive enrollment opportunities and resources for each sales region.
