Sales Engineer – Partners

SpyCloud

• Partner with our Partner sales team to present SpyCloud solutions to our global partner ecosystem, tailored for unique use cases and environments. • Leverage SpyCloud data to hunt adversaries and criminals, applying this to specific customer situations. • Help translate partner feedback into internal insights that guide product and service improvements. • Facilitate value-based conversations to ensure partners understand and maximize the potential impact of SpyCloud’s offerings. • Drive channel partnerships through solution architect/SME engagement. • Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, requirements analysis, and evaluation management.

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in either cybersecurity presales or working with IT security oriented tools
  • Must have a strong network of enterprise customers in the US.
  • Experience with link analysis tools (e.g., Maltego, IBM I2 Analyst Notebook).
  • Proficiency in Python or a similar programming language is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions to diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple demands and operate in a rapidly evolving environment.
  • Willingness to travel as required in the region.
