Job Requirements

  • 3-5+ years running social for a consumer brand or startup
  • Have a portfolio of content you personally created, not just approved
  • Love being on camera and not scared to be the face of the brand
  • Are genuinely into sustainability. You'll be talking about it constantly. It should feel natural.
  • Can write well across multiple tones and platforms
  • Are comfortable with ambiguity and can create structure where there isn't any
  • Have strong opinions about what good content looks like and can back them up
  • Know when something isn't working and move on fast
