Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred. • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Legal industry sales and business development within Legal services; specifically eDiscovery and Managed review in the Houston, Texas market. • Exceptional ability to build rapport with C-level executives, legal professionals, and decision-makers. • Proven success in consultative selling, complex sales cycles, and high-value negotiations. • Knowledge and well-versed in Forensics, leading eDiscovery platforms, Relativity, Everlaw, Disco, A.I. tools. • Industry certifications in Relativity Sales, ACEDS ect, highly preferred • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales productivity tools. • Self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The compensation range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive base pay, this role will be eligible for a commission incentive program.
