• Own the Veda Platform Roadmap: own the strategic roadmap to evolve our market-leading infrastructure into the definitive, institutional-grade suite for global on-chain asset management. • Design and Execution: author comprehensive PRDs and functional specs that provide Engineering with absolute clarity, ensuring "right-first-time" delivery for complex features. • Strategic Prioritization with Engineering: prioritize and sequence engineering work using a rigorous framework that accounts for customer tier, revenue impact, technical feasibility, and strategic positioning. • Operationalize the Product Lifecycle: drive continuous improvement of the SDLC and product lifecycle practices within the company. Establish repeatable processes for discovery, specification, development, QA, launch, and iteration. • Drive Release Excellence Across Teams: own the internal and external communication of the product lifecycle, ensuring the organization and our customers are aligned on what is shipping and why.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years in a Product Management role at a B2B SaaS or infrastructure company.
- Demonstrated experience managing enterprise product roadmaps with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Strong technical fluency in smart contracts, data platforms, and web applications. Comfortable engaging with engineers on system architecture, API design, and infrastructure trade-offs.
- Track record of shipping products that improved measurable business outcomes (revenue, retention, adoption).
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers in discovery, feedback, and design review settings.
- Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to write clear specs, present to leadership, and facilitate cross-functional alignment.
