Position Summary - The IT Compliance Analyst is responsible for working with external and internal auditors to complete all audits with the IT department. Starting Salary at $60,000 and up Company Benefits: - Medical; Dental; Vision - 401k with a match - Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays - Tuition Reimbursement - Company paid benefits – life; and short and long-term disability IT Compliance Analyst Essential Functions: - Maintain and provide compliance evidence to internal and external auditors. - Conduct regular audits on IT systems, procedures, and user accounts to ensure regulatory compliance. - Identify, evaluate, and provide appropriate measures to resolve compliance issues. - Monitor regulatory developments and provide recommendations for procedural updates. - Compile and deliver compliance reports to management. - Analyze data protection measures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations, such as HIPAA, HITRUST, and PCI-DSS. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that compliance rules are understood and followed. - Perform other tasks as assigned. - Conducts job responsibilities in accordance with the standards set out in the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, its policies and procedures, the Corporate Compliance Agreement, applicable federal and state laws, and applicable professional standards. IT Compliance Analyst Position Qualifications: Education/Learning Experience Required: Associate degree with at least 1 year of related job experience. Desired: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Work Experience Required: 1+ years of related job experience. Skills/Knowledge Required: Proven experience working as an IT Compliance Analyst or in a similar position. Strong understanding of IT compliance laws and regulations. Experience with IT audits and risks assessments. Familiarity with industry standards and frameworks related to IT compliance. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to uncover technology shortfalls that could affect regulatory compliance. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Excellent attention of detail and ability to maintain accuracy in performing IT audits. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Good understanding of IT security best practices. Experience with compliance management software and tools (e.g., Qualys, Tenable) for monitoring and reporting compliance status. Role Description The Labor Compliance Administrator is responsible for ensuring that the organization and its contractors comply with federal, state, and local labor laws, with a focus on wage requirements, reporting standards, and contract labor regulations. This role oversees compliance documentation, conducts audits, provides guidance on labor standards, and serves as the primary liaison between internal teams, contractors, and regulatory agencies. Role Description - Act as the primary contact for your assigned accounts and be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of their import shipments. - Develop strong working relationships with clients by listening and responding to clients' needs and inquiries, proactively identifying account issues and working diligently to resolve them. - Receive and review shipment documentation to ensure compliance with all federal laws and regulations prior to shipment processing.
