• Support recruitment by assisting with managing applications and scheduling interviews. • Update and maintain company policies, handbooks and benefits documentation. • Support onboarding by drafting offer letters and contracts for review. • Maintain accurate and up to date employee records (including leave records) in the company's systems. • Support the administration of the employee lifecycle including employment changes, offboarding employees, and other operational processes. • Organize internal company events.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role in an international remote first company.
  • Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and employment practices in Ireland.
  • Proactive and able to work on own initiative in a highly organized manner.
  • High levels of attention to detail.
  • Degree or CIPD qualification in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proficient in the use of HRIS systems, with excellent MS Office skills.

Role Description The Leave Specialist manages all leave of absence and job accommodation processes for a workforce of about 3,300 employees across multiple shifts. This includes administering FMLA, ADA accommodations, state‑specific leaves, military leave, bereavement, parental/bonding leave, intermittent leave, and employer-sponsored programs (STD/LTD). The role ensures accuracy, compliance, and timely communication by working closely with employees, managers, HR Site Leaders, Payroll, Safety, vendors, and other HR partners.
