• Market & Liquidity Risk Monitor internal and regulatory limits related to market, FX, and liquidity risk; escalate breaches where required. • Perform analysis on investment portfolios, duration, yield movements, MTM valuations, and portfolio revaluations. • Validate and review Net Open Position (NOP) and foreign exchange exposure utilization. • Conduct Value at Risk (VaR), mismatch analysis, and liquidity position assessments. • Prepare and update Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR) reports and other liquidity monitoring tools. • Support daily treasury operations, exposure tracking, and position management. • Review MM & FX off-market deals, variances, and tolerance breaches. • Prepare reporting packs for ALCO and Risk & Compliance Committees, ensuring all risk metrics, insights, and trends are included. • Assist in evaluating sources of funds, allocation strategies, and liquidity buffers. • Work with BI/IT teams to enhance automation of risk reports, dashboards, and limit monitoring tools. • Maintain accurate datasets for treasury & risk reporting, ensuring correctness of calculations and validations. • Provide analytical insights to senior management for better decision-making.

• Answering calls made to the Lifeline by individuals who may be lonely, depressed, contemplating suicide, in crisis, and/or needing support • Provide compassionate, thoughtful emotional support to all callers • Administer safety assessment on each call and respond appropriately based on risk level • Adhere to performance measures in attending to call volume • Maintain a calm and friendly demeanor, even in crisis situations, while answering the crisis help line • Provide resources to callers for additional support, including follow up calls • Protect the privacy and confidentiality of callers as well as the organization and staff • Communicate any issues to supervisors when necessary and collaborate with other Lifeline staff regarding repeat/difficult callers • Collect required statistical and narrative data, while maintaining confidentiality, utilizing required database tools • Adhere to all helpline policies and procedure, upholding standards of practice • Participate in all staff meetings, debriefing sessions, groups support and other meetings as required

• Collaborate on confidential initiatives focused on AI safety and mental health policy for large language models (LLMs) • Roleplaying clinical scenarios with AI agents • Red teaming • Identifying behavioral edge cases • Supporting accurate identification and response to psychological distress • Developing psychometrics, rubrics, behavioral taxonomies, and evaluations
