• Answering calls made to the Lifeline by individuals who may be lonely, depressed, contemplating suicide, in crisis, and/or needing support • Provide compassionate, thoughtful emotional support to all callers • Administer safety assessment on each call and respond appropriately based on risk level • Adhere to performance measures in attending to call volume • Maintain a calm and friendly demeanor, even in crisis situations, while answering the crisis help line • Provide resources to callers for additional support, including follow up calls • Protect the privacy and confidentiality of callers as well as the organization and staff • Communicate any issues to supervisors when necessary and collaborate with other Lifeline staff regarding repeat/difficult callers • Collect required statistical and narrative data, while maintaining confidentiality, utilizing required database tools • Adhere to all helpline policies and procedure, upholding standards of practice • Participate in all staff meetings, debriefing sessions, groups support and other meetings as required

• Collaborate on confidential initiatives focused on AI safety and mental health policy for large language models (LLMs) • Roleplaying clinical scenarios with AI agents • Red teaming • Identifying behavioral edge cases • Supporting accurate identification and response to psychological distress • Developing psychometrics, rubrics, behavioral taxonomies, and evaluations

• Assist clients with travel planning and destination research • Coordinate vacation packages, cruises, hotels, and transportation • Communicate travel details and updates with clients • Maintain organized records of travel bookings and client preferences • Stay informed on travel promotions and supplier offerings • Provide friendly and professional client support

• Conduct surveillance on Liability and Work Comp Insurance claims. • Prolonged periods of sitting in a vehicle or other stationary positions during surveillance – up to 12 hours per day. • Ability to travel to different locations for investigations, which may involve driving, walking, or using public transportation. • Maintain visual focus during surveillance activities, often for extended periods. • Ability to navigate various environments, including urban, rural, and indoor settings. • Ability to review and dissect comprehensive reports, as well as Police reports. • Ability to write a detailed surveillance report to Company Standards. • Ability to review video in order to properly prepare reports. • Ability to covertly document a Subject without being detected. • Ability to search, locate and utilize Social Media throughout the investigative process. • Ability to react quickly and use good judgement to scenarios that may arise during surveillance. • Knowledge of pretexting is preferable. • Ability to think outside the box.
