Enterprise Solutions and Management (ESM) is a rapidly growing government contractor that provides strategic IT services that meet mission needs for Defense and Federal customers. We are hiring a Software Systems Engineer for an exciting remote opportunity. Job Description and Responsibilities Provides application development, integration, and maintenance support for the implementation and optimization of DocuSign CLM within the DEDSO environment. Formulates and defines specifications to integrate DocuSign CLM functionality with existing business processes. Designs, codes, tests, debugs, and documents application solutions while providing ongoing maintenance and optimization strategies. Develops strategic use cases, supporting documentation, and stakeholder training materials to ensure effective adoption and operational efficiency. Evaluates new and existing software use cases, recommending best practices and alternative approaches to maximize process efficiency. Supports the development of APIs or other data-sharing mechanisms to facilitate reporting requirements and assists in the creation and implementation of metadata tagging programs for reporting and workflow management within DocuSign CLM.skills and technical ability. Experience operating in a Government or Military culture is preferred. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA) - Knowledge of DocuSign CLM configuration, implementation, and integration with existing business processes. - Knowledge of software development lifecycle activities, including design, coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and application maintenance. - Knowledge of business process analysis and strategic use case development to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency. - Knowledge of API development, data integration methods, and reporting tools to support information sharing and reporting requirements. - Knowledge of metadata tagging, reporting structures, and training documentation to support system adoption and stakeholder engagement Desired KSA - Be a positive, self-motivated, and proactive person with the ability to adapt to change and tolerate stressful situations - Candidate must communicate effectively with team members, team lead, management, and government customer - Must have the ability and desire to research and develop creative solutions to unique problems with minimal supervision Minimum Training, Education, and Certifications - Five (5) years relevant experience - Relevant certification from nationally recognized authority - DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification (eg Security +) - Demonstratable experience successfully implementing DocuSign CLM Minimum Clearance - Secret Physical Requirements - Required to stand, walk and sit; communicate verbally both in person and by telephone; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, color vision and the ability to adjust focus.
