JOB SUMMARY: The Sr. Manager, Regional Construction is responsible for leading a team of New Store Construction Managers and managing a pipeline of new store construction projects from permit readiness through store opening and project closeout. This role sets strategy, governance, and standards for a multi-state portfolio, owns capital planning and delivery performance, and orchestrates cross-functional coordination across Real Estate, Architecture & Engineering, Construction, Finance, Legal, IT, and Operations. Success is measured by speed-to-market, budget adherence, brand consistency, and risk control while driving 7-Eleven's strategic initiative of organic new store growth and delivering revenue-generating months that directly impact annual EBITDA targets.
