Role Description This position is remote, but candidate must live in one of the following states: - AK - NC - SC - GA - FL - MO - VA - OK - TX - TN Customer Service Representative - Overseeing the customer’s experience from onboarding to ongoing support. - Acting as liaison between the customer and the company. - Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues timely and professionally. - Monitor and track delivery on parts necessary for completion of service requests. - Ensuring the product is processed and shipped timely to meet customer expectations. - Monitoring customer satisfaction and success metrics. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. - Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. - Coordinating customers’ service requirements with other appropriate departments as necessary to ensure effective customer service. - Properly coordinate and schedule completion of work based on parts delivery. Qualifications - 4 years’ experience in Customer Service Role. Requirements - Excellent verbal/written customer service skills. - Ability to multi-task and prioritize efforts. - High-Energy professional who is detail oriented and able to work well under pressure. - Must be able to work with MS Office (Word / Excel). - Data entry skills. - Ability to work independently. - 2-year college degree or equivalent. Role Description Customer Service Representative I is a primary customer-facing employee who provides assistance and support for individuals self-directing Medicaid services in the home and the caregivers for those individuals.
