• Gather and analyze business requirements to support system enhancements and operational needs. • Write and refine user stories; manage and prioritize the product backlog to maximize business value. • Perform business analysis activities, including documenting requirements and creating project specifications. • Validate software performance, stability, and interoperability across systems. • Support Change Requests through SIT, UAT, Client UAT, and production deployment. • Build a working understanding of departmental processes, systems, and applications to effectively troubleshoot issues. • Partner with Conduent technical teams to report, diagnose, and resolve technical issues. • Track and maintain equipment inventory, ensuring all assets are accurately logged. • Support system updates and coordinate testing with internal and external technical teams. • Assist with system credential requests for both Conduent and client systems. • Serve as a liaison between internal teams and the client to resolve network or application issues.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of one year of experience in systems analysis, including writing user stories and refining requirements through team collaboration.
- Experience working directly with staff, product teams, and client teams to support product vision and roadmaps.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications and Visio.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work weekend hours as needed.

Role Description We are seeking a dynamic healthcare professional to drive innovation in utilization management (UM) and Electronic Health Record (EHR) strategy. A key focus of this role is the implementation and optimization of EHR platforms to enable bi-directional data exchange and support Cigna’s strategic business objectives. As Senior Program Manager (Business Architect), you will lead project work and strategic decision-making to lower costs, mobilize EHR data with providers, and ensure compliance with privacy and security standards. Your responsibilities span defining strategic intent, building business cases, collaborating with IT and clinical teams, developing go-to-market strategies, and educating delivery teams on capability needs.
