Job Requirements
- 12–15+ years of federal business development and capture experience in GovCon.
- Demonstrated success generating $50M+ in annual federal contract awards.
- Experience leading capture efforts for large federal opportunities ($50M–$250M).
- Established relationships within HHS, DHS, Air Force, Army, or similar agencies.
- Strong understanding of federal acquisition processes and FAR.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience with contract vehicles such as GSA MAS, OASIS/OASIS+, DHS, and DOD IDIQs.
- Background in IT modernization, AI, cybersecurity, cloud, or advanced analytics.
- Active Secret or Top-Secret security clearance preferred.

Specific Federal Civilian agencies include DHS, ICE, DOJ, DOT, etc. You will lead large, prime, full and open opportunities and lead top pursuits across KBR. Primary work location will be Fulton, MD with assigned customers based across the US. Position can be 100% remote depending on location. Approximately 20-40% of work time will be on travel to client locations.
