• oversees and manages tasks related to civil design criteria development, special technical studies, final design and construction support • provides technical support to the Project Construction Management (PCM) team in managing final design and construction packages • directs and supervises the development of Civil Design Criteria • provides support into planning, permitting, environmental and ROW investigations • manages and monitors progress and schedule of technical chapters of criteria development • assesses the studies to support design criteria development, Technical Advisory Panel (TAP), third party agreements • assists in the development of scope, delivery schedule and cost estimates • supervises the civil team to support construction contract packages • provides updates of design requirements and technical documents

• Interacting with other electric utility disciplines in leading and designing high voltage utility Civil Substation and Transmission projects • Performing design reviews of civil/structural design components in support of the development of bid/construction packages for substation and transmission projects • Functioning as a senior engineer performing design reviews regularly • Developing junior staff members and contributing to bids and proposal development • Taking a responsible engineer role on main client projects, overseeing work and ensuring quality control on design packages • Conducting site-visits to client substation facilities and occasional travel for client meetings and industry-related events

• As Lead Structural Engineer, you'll serve as the technical authority for the structural design of Giga's modular data center product line and associated site infrastructure. • You'll own the Structural Plan of Record (POR), ensuring all designs meet Risk Category IV requirements for essential facilities while optimizing for Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DfMA). • You'll bridge the gap between innovative modular product design and traditional site infrastructure, creating standardized solutions that can scale across hundreds of deployments. • You'll work at the intersection of structural engineering, manufacturing optimization, and mission-critical infrastructure—designing systems that must perform flawlessly from factory floor to seismic zone.
