YouAppi

• As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving new business revenue while owning and executing sales strategy in the North America market. • Go-To-Market Strategy & Planning: Build and execute go-to-market strategies, including short- and long-term account and agency plans, pipeline development, and prioritization of target advertisers and agencies. • New Business Development: Prospect and close new business with a targeted list of app advertisers and agencies within the mobile app ecosystem. • Revenue Ownership: Meet quarterly and annual revenue goals in line with the sales plan through a strong understanding of YouAppi’s products, ad inventory, and market positioning. • Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Own the entire sales cycle end-to-end, including prospecting, research, pitching, negotiation, closing, and deal launch. • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring honest communication, clear expectation setting, and consistent delivery. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders—including Customer Success, Marketing, Ad Operations, and Product, —to maximize advertising revenue and ensure smooth deal execution. • Account Growth: Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell across new and existing clients, supporting sustainable revenue growth. • Industry Engagement: Represent YouAppi in meetings, industry events, and client visits as needed to support relationship development and business growth.

Job Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
  • Strong understanding of the AdTech and performance advertising ecosystem, particularly programmatic and retargeting solutions.
  • Ability to quickly develop and manage senior-level relationships with advertisers and agencies.
  • Persuasive communication style with a consultative approach to client needs.
  • Organized, methodical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Commercial mindset with a focus on revenue growth, upsell, and cross-sell.
  • Tech-savvy, with the ability to speak confidently about performance, programmatic solutions, and campaign results.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with sales and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus.
