Role Description O desafio do time de Suporte Técnico ao Cliente é prestar um atendimento consultivo, ágil e resolutivo para os nossos clientes, garantindo a autonomia do uso do software Exact Spotter, assim como outras soluções do ecossistema RD Station, promovendo o sucesso dos nossos clientes. - Atuar com atendimento reativo multicanal (via chat online/WhatsApp, tickets/e-mail, telefone e videochamada) e multiproduto (soluções da Exact Sales e RD Station); - Investigar, analisar e resolver problemas técnicos, com foco em identificar causas raiz e propor soluções sustentáveis; - Garantir atendimentos de qualidade, resolutivos, empáticos e que empoderem o cliente para ter autonomia no uso de nossas soluções; - Priorizar e organizar atendimentos em ambientes de alta demanda, mantendo transparência, foco e produtividade; - Acompanhar indicadores de atendimento e satisfação do cliente, garantindo padrões de qualidade e SLAs; - Propor e executar melhorias no dia a dia que alavanquem a missão da área, incluindo o compartilhamento de aprendizados junto do time. Qualifications - Experiência com atendimento a clientes em empresas de tecnologia, relacionados a questões técnicas de uso de plataformas, que demandam raciocínio lógico e pensamento investigativo; - Conhecimento prático de métricas de suporte ao cliente; - Atuação prévia com atendimentos simultâneos através de múltiplos canais (chat e e-mail principalmente); - Capacidade de assimilar um alto volume de informações e realizar múltiplas atividades simultaneamente; - Gostar e se interessar genuinamente em fornecer um bom atendimento e experiência ao cliente. Requirements - Noções básicas de processos em marketing digital; - Vivência em empresas multiproduto e/ou B2B SaaS; - Experiência com plataformas como: Service Cloud, Zendesk, Slack, G Suite; - Experiência com as soluções da Exact Sales e/ou RD Station, ou similares. Job Requirements
- Experiência com atendimento a clientes em empresas de tecnologia, relacionados a questões técnicas de uso de plataformas, que demandam raciocínio lógico e pensamento investigativo;
- Conhecimento prático de métricas de suporte ao cliente;
- Atuação prévia com atendimentos simultâneos através de múltiplos canais (chat e e-mail principalmente);
- Capacidade de assimilar um alto volume de informações e realizar múltiplas atividades simultaneamente;
- Gostar e se interessar genuinamente em fornecer um bom atendimento e experiência ao cliente.
