• Review queues including transactions, onboarding applications, identity verifications, and business accounts • Monitor transactions and signups for suspicious activity and emerging fraud patterns • Analyze fraud events and create comprehensive incident reports documenting root causes and recommended preventive measures • Write and test transaction monitoring rules to detect and prevent fraudulent activity • Identify opportunities to improve fraud workflows operationally for the team and customers • Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline the customer experience while balancing risk and reducing friction • Use SQL to analyze fraud trends, identify patterns, and generate insights that inform risk strategy
Job Requirements
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Basic SQL proficiency: ability to write SELECT statements, understand table structures, understand joins and aggregation functions, and willingness to learn
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Excellent written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience or demonstrated analytical skills considered.

Role Description - Participer à la mise en place de l’organisation de la prévention de la Sécurité et des Conditions de Travail (SCT) et à l’élaboration du recueil des dispositions de prévention spécifiques de l’organisme. - Examiner régulièrement les installations et postes de travail de l’organisme. - Analyser les incidents ou accidents du travail se produisant dans l’enceinte de l’organisme et participer aux enquêtes auxquelles ils donnent lieu. Formuler oralement ou par écrit des observations correspondantes et en référer au chef d’organisme. - Organiser des campagnes de sensibilisation et assurer la formation des personnels en matière d’Hygiène, Sécurité et Conditions de Travail (HSCT) et de lutte contre les fléaux sociaux. - Élaborer le programme annuel de prévention, gérer et mettre à jour le DUERP (document unique). - Veiller à la réalisation des contrôles techniques réglementaires et à la tenue des registres obligatoires en matière d’HSCT. - Participer à l’étude des risques liés à l’activité de l’organisme, à la rédaction des consignes de sécurité et aux analyses de postes, de locaux et de conditions de travail. - Préparer et animer les séances de la Commission Consultative d'Hygiène et de Prévention des accidents (CCHPA). - Superviser l’activité des correspondants locaux de l’organisme. - Participer au dialogue social. - Participer à la prévention des risques psycho-sociaux comme membre de son groupe de travail. - Étudier les nouveaux matériels de sécurité. - Établir les statistiques concernant les AT / MP. Qualifications - Issu d’une formation en hygiène sécurité environnement. - Justifiez d’une première expérience dans le domaine. - Possédez les connaissances techniques (réglementaires, hygiène-sécurité-environnement, évaluation des risques, incendie et ergonomie). - Faites preuve d’initiative et d’autonomie avec un sens du compte rendu. - Qualité relationnelle et capacité à être force de proposition sont indispensables.
