Role Description Currently, we are looking for a Senior UI Designer. - Project duration: approx. 2 months - Start date: ASAP - Contract type: B2B - Rate: up to 35EUR / hour - Working hours: CET Key responsibilities include: - Senior-level expertise in visual UI design, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality, production-ready interfaces. - Exceptional skills in visual design fundamentals, including typography, font systems, spacing, layout, and visual hierarchy. - Strong experience in iconography and defining coherent, scalable visual languages. - Proven ability to work with and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency and precision across interfaces. - Hands-on experience creating high-fidelity UI designs with strong attention to visual detail. - Experience owning or leading interface redesigns, preferably for complex or data-heavy products (e.g. Real Estate platforms). - Ability to collaborate effectively with product managers and developers while maintaining strong visual ownership. - Availability to work strictly within CET working hours. Important: - This is not a UX role. The position does not involve UX research, user flows, or interaction design. The core expectation is exceptional UI craftsmanship and visual quality. • Work with bridge, roadway, drainage, and other project team members for schematic, PS&E, and rehabilitation projects • Use a CADD workstation to create, maintain, and document plans and models • Collaborate using Bluebeam Revu and Studio • Prepare OBM models and details for various bridge types • Verify plans and details accuracy

• Develop a shared learning agenda across a portfolio of product activity • Intake and prioritize research requests, scope and create research strategy • Conduct primary and secondary research, delivering actionable insights • Guide product and design partners to act on insights • Apply a variety of research methods for contextual and generative research like user interviews, mental models, concept testing, usability • Assess customer experience through VOC and analytics tools supporting ongoing improvement • Lead customer/user research and measurement contributions within business domain • Influence and support leaders to create customer insights, strategies, ways of working, methods and tools • Collaborate with stakeholders across business unit, Humana, and vendors
