As you build a relationship with children and their families, your work will directly contribute to their growth, development, and improved quality of life. - Conducting functional behavior assessments and write reports summarizing results - Develop positive behavior support plans - Overseeing implementation of treatment plan - Assist staff in day-to-day training for targeted behavioral needs and implementing behavior support plans - Train staff to implement strategies to prevent occurrence of target behaviors and de-escalation strategies - Provide ongoing monitoring of data and make programming adjustments as needed Qualifications - Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or related program - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - LBA Certification - Prefer minimum of one year working after BCBA certification - Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities - Spanish Speaking Requirements - Utilizing the principles of ABA to influence socially important behavior - Using a team-based approach to reduce the occurrence of problem behavior - Serving individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities - Collaborating with team to create optimal environment for behavior change - Effective written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multi-task Benefits - Job Type: Part-time - Salary: $65.00 - $80.00 per hour - License/Certification: BCBA Certification - LBA Certification (preferred) - Work Location: Remote

Role Description STGi is currently seeking a Medical Assistant - Case Review Specialist to support our Federal Occupational Health (FOH) contract in San Francisco, CA. The position is remote and open to candidates nationwide. Local San Francisco staff may be required to go into the office on a limited basis. Provides direct support to the mission of Federal Occupational Health (FOH), a component of the Program Support Center (PSC), to improve the health, safety, and productivity of the Federal workforce by performing fulfillment of case review activities. - Review of service and provider fulfillment. - Interact with internal and external customers regarding questions and clarification of services. - Coordinate service delivery with FOH Business Operations team. - Ensure exam scheduling, management and processing of medical records, QA checks, and charges/administrative fees are entered on exams. - Ensure complete exams are sent to the Reviewing Medical Officer (RMO) for review in a timely manner. - Reach out to clinics to retrieve missing exam items. - Work with Occupational Health Clinics (OHC) to ensure all portions of exams are billed appropriately. - Collaborate with FOH team members to meet customer needs. - Relay any concerns raised by customers to Program Manager (PM). Qualifications - Understanding of the Case Review process. - Competencies in all areas of case review. - Proficient in IT systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Adobe Acrobat. Requirements - Ensure exam scheduling requests are submitted timely. - Retrieve exams for case review processing. - Process exams including QA, tracking missing components, and sending to RMO. - Track exams to ensure timely processing. - Ensure medical reviews, letters, and exams are sent securely. - Participate in cost recovery efforts. - Attend all mandatory meetings and training. - Report all privacy and security breaches immediately. - Manage customer/agency complaints professionally.
