• Identify, assess, and prioritize RPA and AI-driven automation opportunities with business stakeholders. • Define and maintain the enterprise automation roadmap aligned with business strategy and ROI. • Lead process discovery, feasibility analysis, and solution design (PDDs, SDDs). • Oversee development, testing, deployment, and support of RPA bots and AI-enabled automations. • Incorporate AI capabilities such as IDP/OCR, NLP, ML, and GenAI where appropriate. • Establish and enforce automation standards, governance, security, and best practices. • Lead and mentor automation teams; conduct design and code reviews. • Serve as the primary liaison between business, IT, and leadership, communicating progress and value.

• Own the Roadmap: Define the vision and feature set for our internal Robotics Data Platform. This tool must handle complex multimodal data types specific to robotics datasets. • Engineering Management: Act as the Product Owner for a dedicated team of software engineers. Translate business requirements into technical user stories, manage sprint priorities, and ensure the infrastructure is scalable and secure. • UX & Workflow Design: Design the interfaces to maximize efficiency for human annotators working on complex tasks. • Pipeline Architecture: Define the requirements for high-volume data ingestion pipelines. You will direct the engineering team on how to architect systems that ingest raw data from disparate sources and prepare it for the labeling platform. • Quality Control Systems: Spec out automated programmatic QA features to be built into the tool, reducing the reliance on manual review. • Technical Translation: Participating in discussions with leading robotics labs and foundation model builders. Translate their high-level objectives into data collection protocols and platform feature requirements. • Feasibility Analysis: Assess whether customer requirements can be met with current tooling or if new engineering features need to be prioritized. • Project Execution: Once the tool is operational, you are responsible for the project management of the actual data delivery. You will own the timeline, budget, and final quality output. • Workforce Management: Define the profiles for and manage the recruitment of specialized annotators and reviewers. • Dataset Delivery: Ensure final datasets are exported in the exact formats required by the customer.

• Design and implement advanced behavior planning and control for autonomous sidewalk robots in complex urban environments. • Architect mission/route ingestion at the robot level and integrate it with mapping, perception, prediction, planning, and control. • Build and own the behavior layer (state machine/behavior tree) for cruise, overtake, peek/yield, and stop/move-to-side behaviors. • Define lane selection and speed governance (right/center/road-side) with safety envelopes, comfort limits, and social etiquette. • Instrument the stack with structured telemetry (option costs, clearances, interventions) and define KPIs and dashboards for release gating. • Drive improvements to the robot’s ability to handle failure scenarios, correct inefficiencies, and compose low-level robotic skills into high-level, goal-directed behaviors. • Lead testing and validation efforts in both simulation and real-world deployments, ensuring planning systems are reliable, safe, and performant. • Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of algorithms, codebases, interfaces, and system designs to support cross-team collaboration and long-term maintainability.

• Serve as the primary commercial owner for John Deere and a defined set of “look-alike” OEMs • Develop and maintain multi-year account plans including revenue targets, wallet share goals, and solution roadmaps • Map customer stakeholders (engineering, operations, purchasing, IT, digital/Industry 4.0 teams) and build executive-level relationships • Drive adoption of ESAB’s robotics, and digital offerings (e.g., welding automation cells, collaborative robots, connected equipment, data/analytics platforms, software) as a primary focus • Identify customer pain points and translate them into solution concepts and value propositions • Lead opportunity qualification, solution scoping, and deal strategy for major projects and programs • Build and manage a robust opportunity pipeline across assigned accounts • Coordinate with regional sales and channel partners to ensure coverage at plant level • Act as the “voice of the customer” to Robotics, and Digital Product Management teams • Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, applications, service, digital, marketing) to deliver complex solutions and ensure successful implementations • Present at customer leadership meetings and internal executive reviews • Ensure adherence to global framework agreements, pricing guidelines, and commercial policies
