Role Description Cotiviti is looking for a VP, Corporate Software Architect who understands large-scale, high-performance product designs and principles, AI innovation to drive Agentic Automation, and is excellent in SaaS designs. The role includes: - Defining how to use the latest technologies and AI innovation to identify and optimize products for better scalability and performance. - Working with cutting-edge Cotiviti healthcare applications and SaaS services. - Defining the future directions to convert all Cotiviti solutions to be AI enabled. - Working closely with high-profile customers and meeting with their C-level executives and technical architects. - Defining a path to convert existing products to AI-enabled SaaS services. - Pushing the boundaries of scalable, self-healing, autonomous SaaS built on Kubernetes, Docker, Prometheus, and Grafana using Agentic AI. Qualifications - BS degree in Computer Science or related degree or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred. - 10+ years of experience as an architect with experience building large-scale products and cloud services. - Experience working with geographically dispersed teams. - Experience creating effective cloud infrastructure solutions that ensure a high level of performance. - Experience managing complex deployments. - Proven experience managing a high-performing technical team, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and career development. - Strong knowledge of AWS / Azure / GCE / OCI / OpenShift. - Strong knowledge of ML Ops and Agentic AI. - Strong knowledge in healthcare payer solutions preferred. - Demonstrated ability to handle high-profile customer escalations. - Excellent customer communication skills. - Demonstrable skills showcasing how to use AI Agentic Automation to transform workflows. - Strong working knowledge as a hands-on architect who has worked across multiple products and cloud services. - Successful track record of building and maintaining products and SaaS services, including required monitoring, testing, and tooling. - Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies. - Effective verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills, including interfacing with customers on a professional and cooperative level. - Able to develop and maintain strong relationships with Cotiviti customers. Requirements - Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments and tasks simultaneously. - An extremely motivated, results-oriented individual that is very self-directed and comfortable thinking and reacting quickly. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to influence at all levels of the organization. - Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. - Maintain focus. Physical Requirements - Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods. - Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. - Must be able to provide a dedicated, secure work area. - Must have high-speed internet access/connectivity and office setup and maintenance. - No adverse environmental conditions are expected. Benefits - Base compensation ranges from $260,000 to $312,000 per year, determined by various factors such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs. - This role is eligible for discretionary bonus consideration. - Cotiviti offers a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance coverage. - 401(k) savings plans, paid family leave, 9 paid holidays per year. - 17-27 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) per year, depending on specific level and length of service with Cotiviti.
