People Systems Analyst

• Serve as system administrator for the HRIS and performance engagement platform. • Manage, audit, and maintain team member data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with firm policies and compliance requirements. • Generate, analyze, and distribute reports and metrics to support People Operations and business decisions, including headcount, turnover, compliance, and workforce trends. • Resolve HRIS-related issues and provide timely technical support to users across supported HR platforms. • Collaborate with People Operations, IT, Payroll, and other stakeholders on HRIS projects, integrations, system enhancements, and process improvements. • Maintain data security, system permissions, confidentiality standards, and appropriate access controls for team member information. • Support system upgrades, patches, testing, implementations, and optimization efforts. • Train and assist end users on system functionality, procedures, and best practices. • Develop, maintain, and update standard operating procedures, user guides, and process documentation. • Identify opportunities to improve People Operations processes through automation, AI-enabled workflows, and improved system design. • Partner with People Operations leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate, pilot, and implement AI tools that improve HR service delivery, reporting, team member support, and operational efficiency. • Design and support AI-assisted workflows that enhance team member interactions with People Ops, such as self-service support, knowledge access, process navigation, and communications.

Job Requirements

  • One to three years of experience with HRIS platforms
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Familiar with Microsoft Teams
  • Experience supporting system configuration, reporting, end-user support, or process improvement in an HR or People Operations environment
