Role Description KITSCH is looking for a dynamic individual with a "keen eye" for trends and strong negotiation skills. Your mission will be to identify content creators who best represent our brand values, establish initial contact, and close mutually beneficial commercial deals. You will serve as the bridge between our brand and the digital talent ecosystem. - Talent Identification: Monitor platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) to discover emerging and established creators that align with the brand. - Profile Auditing: Analyze quality metrics (engagement rate, audience authenticity, and demographics) to ensure return on investment (ROI). - Contract Negotiation: Lead commercial conversations, managing budgets, image rights terms, exclusivity, and deliverables. - Relationship Management: Maintain fluid and professional communication with creators and talent agencies (MCNs). - Benchmarking: Stay up to date with market rates and competitor tactics.
