• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders, with emphasis on insurance operations and processes. • Support analysis of current business processes and systems in the insurance domain to identify improvement opportunities. • Help prepare project documentation, including process flows and user guides. • Participate in meetings with IT and business teams to observe and contribute to solution development for insurance-related initiatives. • Assist with user acceptance testing and training activities for internal insurance systems and applications. • Prepare basic reports and presentations for management, highlighting findings and recommendations relevant to insurance business needs. • Learn and apply company policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices in business systems, with a focus on insurance industry standards and compliance. • Engage in professional development and training activities as assigned, including exposure to insurance-specific technologies and terminology.

• Vertalen van klantdocumentatie naar Relatics: het importeren en structureren van documenten, eisen en vraag- en antwoordlijsten van de opdrachtgever in de Relatics-omgeving, zodat ze bruikbaar zijn binnen het project. • Inrichten en beheren van de Relatics-database: zorgen dat het Relatics-systeem goed is ingericht, functioneert en actueel blijft gedurende het project. • Bewaken van projectinformatie en voortgang: je houdt actief grip op de benodigde informatie, stemt af met projectleden en zorgt dat alle input voor verificatie tijdig en volledig beschikbaar is om betrouwbare rapportages aan de klant te kunnen opleveren. • Uitvoeren van analyses en signaleren van impact: je voert analyses uit op eisen, documenten en tenderantwoorden, en beoordeelt de impact daarvan op het project en de te leveren producten. • Opleveren van verificatierapportages aan de klant: zodra alle informatie compleet is, genereer je overzichtelijke verificatierapporten met bijbehorende documenten om aan te tonen dat aan de klant- en projecteisen is voldaan.

• Become a subject matter expert on production workflows • Evaluate vendor software and solutions via proof of concept (POC) testing • Work with vendors to develop roadmaps to meet internal goals • Conduct thorough testing of new and updated systems & workflows • Participate in an on-call rotation schedule for off-hours escalations
