Role Description The Account Specialist will serve as a key point of contact for clients in collaboration with the Client Services team to help drive client satisfaction and business retention. Provide administrative and operational support to ensure the team’s success in meeting client needs. This role works closely with internal Point C departments and TPA partners to promptly address client questions, coordinate resolutions to issues, and generate client-specific reports. The position may also include client-facing responsibilities such as participating in employee meetings, benefit fairs, and supporting quarterly or renewal meetings alongside Client Services leaders. - Serve as a key support for clients in partnership with Client Services team members to support business retention. - Provide administrative support to the Client Services team to ensure successful delivery of client service commitments. - Prepare and run client-specific reports as needed to support account management activities. - Collaborate with internal Point C teams and TPA partners to research and respond to client inquiries in a timely manner. - Facilitate the resolution of client concerns by coordinating across departments and ensuring follow-up. - Participate in client-facing activities such as benefit fairs, employee meetings, and enrollment presentations. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience - Minimum 3 years of experience in a TPA, insurance, or related employee benefits environment - Strong knowledge of self-funded health plans and employee benefit programs - Familiarity with benefit-related federal regulations, including ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, and ACA - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills - Ability to comprehend complex information and follow instructions - Effective time management with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities - Ability to interact confidently with senior executives and clients - Self-motivated, accountable, and proactive in driving projects to completion - Ability to travel as required Requirements - Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications. - Certain roles may be eligible for additional compensation, including bonuses, and merit increases. - Additionally, certain roles have the opportunity to receive sales commissions that are based on the terms of the sales commission plan applicable to the role. - Pay Transparency: $55,000 - $75,000 USD Benefits - Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage - 401(k) retirement plan with employer match - Health Savings Account (HSA) & Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) - Paid time off (PTO) and disability leave - Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Company Description At Point C Health, we know we are better together. Job Requirements
