Position Overview The Project Manager, Partnerships - Asset Development & Operations is responsible for leading the end-to-end development, production, and operational execution of marketing assets across SharkNinja. This role sits at the intersection of creative production and project management, ensuring assets are strategically aligned, operationally sound, and delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest quality. Acting as a central connector across MKT/IMC, Creative, Social, Media, Partnerships, and Operations teams, this role owns the systems, workflows, and day-to-day execution that bring assets to life. The ideal candidate is equal parts producer and project manager: highly organized, detail-obsessed, calm under pressure, and fluent in creative processes. This role is on site 3x a week in Needham MA HQ Responsibilities - Own end-to-end asset development and operations across marketing initiatives, from briefing through final delivery and distribution - Manage asset timelines, scopes, and production plans, ensuring alignment with campaign calendars, product launches, and business priorities - Serve as the primary operational lead for asset development, coordinating across Creative, MKT/IMC, Social, Media, Partnerships, Legal, and external vendors - Oversee creative production workflows, including briefing, reviews, approvals, versioning, and final handoff - Manage production logistics and details, including usage rights, deliverables, specs, adaptations, and regional needs - Partner closely with Creative/IMC teams to ensure work is on-brand, strategically sound, and executionally feasible - Maintain and evolve systems, trackers, and documentation to ensure visibility, efficiency, and scalability - Anticipate risks and resolve issues proactively, balancing creative ambition with timelines, budgets, and operational constraints - Support asset performance tracking and post-launch reviews, capturing learnings to improve future asset development - Ensure global consistency with local flexibility, enabling efficient localization while maintaining creative integrity Key Functional Skills/Knowledge - Strong project management and production expertise within creative or marketing environments - Deep understanding of asset development workflows across channels (social, digital, paid media, retail, experiential, etc.) - Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously - Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills - Comfort navigating ambiguity and fast-paced environments - Creative sensibility paired with operational discipline Qualifications - 6+ years of experience in creative production, project management, marketing operations, or related fields - Proven experience managing asset development from concept through delivery - Experience working closely with in-house creative teams and external agencies or production partners - Familiarity with usage rights, production specs, and approval processes - Experience supporting global or multi-market campaigns preferred Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is displayed below.
