About the Role Dandy is hiring an experienced Learning Experience Design Lead to join our rapidly growing venture-backed company. The Sales Enablement team owns the strategy, design, and execution of programs that help our sales teams reach their full potential. In this role, you will collaborate with Sales Enablement team members to architect the learner journey for sellers at Dandy, responsible for designing high-impact learning experiences and content that ensure they can effectively articulate our value proposition, navigate clinical questions, and differentiate our offerings. This is a high-impact, foundational role on a growing Sales Enablement team that is scaling to meet ambitious company growth goals, including globalization and new market segmentation. What You'll Do - Design engaging, multi-modal learning content and experiences (eLearning and in-person) that distill complex concepts into digestible, sales-ready learning assets and training materials. - Define learning content strategy, learning paths, and scalable frameworks to guide strategic learning initiatives across onboarding, advancement, product enablement, and commercial skill development programs. - Manage a repository for learning content that's regularly updated to ensure accurate information is available and aligned to changes in product offerings and positioning strategy, with a focus on delivering just-in-time resources in the flow of daily work. - Work with subject matter experts from the Sales, Sales Enablement, and Product Marketing teams to define learning needs for each role and segment to ensure that learning content is realistic, tailored, and conducive to practical application on the job. - Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of learning content and continuously iterate to ensure it drives tangible improvements in ramp time, quota attainment, and sales velocity. What We're Looking For - An agile, systems-oriented thinker who can adapt quickly to changes in business strategy and connect different functions and processes to create a cohesive enablement environment. - Demonstrated ability to manage a project from start to finish, including logistics, content creation, and stakeholder management, and managing multiple projects simultaneously. - Demonstrated ability to build learning programs and resources from scratch, applying multi-modal, evidence-based adult learning methodologies. - Demonstrated experience designing learning experiences for a sales audience. - A skilled communicator with a knack for translating complex concepts into actionable insights for a sales audience. The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Dandy is $108,800 - 128,000 plus equity.
