Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Minimum 8 years of experience in Oracle SaaS HCM techno-functional consulting, with a strong focus on reporting, helpdesk, authorizations, and access management. - Proven track record of successful project delivery and incident resolution in a complex enterprise environment. - Excellent knowledge of Oracle SaaS HCM modules and best practices. - Experience with Oracle SaaS HCM reporting tools and techniques. - Proficiency in SQL and database management. In your role as the Compensation Consultant, you will be an internal consultant and subject matter expert charged with building and sustaining relationships and providing the full range of compensation services to our customers and organizational leadership.
