You will work with Federal customers and partners as they implement AI solutions in secure spaces. Here’s what we are looking for with this role: Essential Requirements - Must be a US citizen and have an active TS/SCI security clearance with a CI poly - In-depth troubleshooting knowledge and understanding of Dell PowerEdge servers, specifically PowerEdge XE servers. Intimate knowledge of networking infrastructure, specifically InfiniBand networking, in datacenter environments - Strong knowledge working in Linux environments (RHEL and Ubuntu) and strong understanding of Dell and vendor diagnostic utilities and their applications - Customer-facing experience with strong escalation management capability and the ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
