Role Description Woolpert is seeking a Billing Specialist to join our dynamic Finance team. This fully remote role reports to the Project Financial Support Group Manager and ensures accurate and timely billing, project setup, and contract compliance. - Review contracts, purchase orders, and billing details; enter accurate information into the MIS. - Prepare and submit invoices via multiple portals. - Monitor collections, follow up on overdue accounts, and assist with billing voids or write-offs. - Maintain customer account files, contract documentation, and account close-outs. - Coordinate with Project Accountant Team Lead, Digital Innovation CSM/FSR team, ARM, and Risk Management teams. - Support quality assurance, continuous improvement initiatives, and other duties as assigned. Qualifications - BCom Accounting degree (or related) with 5–8 years’ relevant experience. - Extensive experience in billing and invoicing. - Ability to work US hours (14:00–23:00). - Proficiency in accounting systems, MIS, Microsoft Office, Adobe, Dynamics 365, Salesforce. - Experience with bulk invoicing preferred. - Strong analytical, time management, communication, and attention-to-detail skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively; occasional travel may be required. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including annual bonus/incentive comp plans, potential long term incentive plan, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
