Role Description The Program Manager is responsible for the health, retention, and growth of a dedicated portfolio of mid-market accounts within the Ambius business. You will serve as the primary point of contact for these clients, ensuring that service delivery meets contractual standards while proactively identifying opportunities to expand our footprint within their business. - Serve as the lead relationship contact for a portfolio of assigned accounts, acting as the face of the brand and the client’s internal advocate. - Drive service delivery excellence by overseeing the implementation of field services, ensuring strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and internal quality standards. - Maintain a consistent cadence of client consultations and formal business reviews to ensure client satisfaction and alignment with their evolving needs. - Direct ongoing business reviews and audits to proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs adding value to customers programs. - Analyze and synthesize account data to provide actionable insights for weekly, monthly, and annual business reviews in an effort to identify opportunities to add value through additional services. - Optimize portfolio financial wealth focusing on the overall fiscal well-being of the assigned accounts, including resolving complex billing disputes and coordinating with the collections team to remain within target. - Draft and finalize comprehensive proposals for portfolio expansions; utilizing account data to identify 'white space' opportunities and translating them into formal business cases for the SAM to present. - Connect key client stakeholders to internal Ambius teams (Specialists, Operations, Finance) through formal and informal meetings to resolve issues and proactively add value to customer programs. - Serve as the primary lead relationship-management duties for a select group of mid-tier national accounts. - Develop deep expertise in biophilic design, interior landscaping, and scenting technology to provide consultative recommendations. - This position will require frequent travel up to 50%. Qualifications - Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Account Management, Project Management, or Operations (Experience in multi-unit service or facility management is a major plus). - Bachelor's Degree in a business or management-related field OR equivalent years of experience required. - Demonstrated ability to execute on projects and initiatives. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Proven ability to influence internal stakeholders and maintain a positive project momentum across cross-functional teams. - Proficiency with Google applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Drive, etc.). - Ability to demonstrate financial knowledge and business acumen. - Must be a self-starter who can perform in high-pressure and dynamic situations with skill and tact. - Strong attention to detail and sound decision-making skills. - Ability to travel overnight via car and airplane to meet clients, field operations, and attend meetings and conferences.
