Sr. Security Officer (FSO) ROLE We need an experienced Sr. Security Officer to manage all facility and personnel security requirements supporting PAE Maritime's Integrated Data Environment (IDE) contract. As one of the DoD's largest acquisition organizations, PAE Maritime operates within NAVSEA and collectively oversees the design, construction, maintenance, and modernization of destroyers, amphibious ships, special mission and support ships, and a wide range of boats and craft. In this role, you will serve as the Facility Security Officer (FSO), manage all security aspects of work performed under the contract, ensure compliance with DoD and Service regulations, and maintain the contractor's Secret facility clearance and associated security infrastructure. REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE - 15+ years of professional experience in security management. - Experience in a security management role within the DoD, Intelligence Community, or a cleared contractor environment. PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE - 20+ years of professional experience in security management. - Hands-on experience with DISS and NBIS for personnel clearance management. - Experience authoring DD Form 254s. - Experience supporting Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) efforts. - Demonstrated success managing DCSA security reviews. - Experience managing a comprehensive industrial security program in compliance with NISPOM requirements.
