VP, Ecosystem and Product Partnerships
Zero Hash
• Define and own zerohash’s global ecosystem and product partnership strategy in partnership with the CBO and Executive Team. • Lead all sourcing, evaluation, and negotiations for new chain, token, and strategic product partnerships. • Build and manage a pipeline of ecosystem opportunities that aligns with zerohash’s product roadmap and long-term business goals. • Shape joint product strategies with blockchain foundations, token issuers, and fintech partners to unlock new capabilities and differentiated offerings. • Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to scope, prioritize, and oversee delivery of all ecosystem integrations. • Structure and negotiate commercial frameworks, incentives, milestone programs, and long-term strategic agreements. • Represent zerohash at the highest levels across the ecosystem, including with founders, protocol executives, investment partners, and senior leadership teams. • Build and mentor a small, high-performing team across partnerships, ecosystem architecture, and partner success. • Create an internal operating rhythm that provides executive visibility into ecosystem strategy, integration progress, and partner performance.
Job Requirements
- 8 to 12 years of experience in fintech, crypto infrastructure, or enterprise partnerships with significant exposure to ecosystem development and strategic product collaborations.
- Proven track record owning and closing complex, multi-party deals and driving them through product and engineering execution.
- Strong technical understanding of how zerohash’s infrastructure works, including API-based custody, wallet creation, transaction processing, settlement workflows, and stablecoin or token movement.
- Deep knowledge of blockchain architectures, token models, incentive structures, and compliance considerations.
- Experience working directly with Product and Engineering leadership to prioritize integrations and co-built initiatives.
- Executive presence, able to engage with founders, C-suite partners, and internal leadership with clarity and authority.
- Highly strategic thinker with the ability to balance long-term ecosystem positioning with short-term delivery needs.
