The opportunity We’re seeking a full-time Partnerships Manager to join our growing Partnerships team. At Recover, the Partnerships team works closely with government and community organizations to connect clients to care and ensure partners receive timely updates on treatment progress. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Head of Partnerships to support Recover’s government and community partners. Together, you’ll work to incorporate partner feedback to improve processes and help Recover scale its impact and ability to connect more people to effective treatment.  Through outreach and engagement activities, you will help manage partners and referral sources to ensure referred clients are successfully connecting with our intake team and to treatment.  This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable coordinating across internal teams and external partners. Our program is a tech-enabled treatment program for people with substance use and mental health challenges. We use a harm reduction approach to treatment, and are focused on serving marginalized and underserved communities. We are a small team growing quickly, and looking for people to grow with us. Our team includes people from Yale Law, UCLA School of Medicine, Harvard Medical School, and White House alums. The opportunity As an Engagement Coordinator for Recover, you'll be the first point of contact for people looking to access treatment. You'll handle inbound calls from prospective clients and make outbound calls to individuals referred to our program, helping them understand what Recover offers and getting them started with care. Your core focus will be sharing information about Recover's services, confirming insurance status, walking clients through enrollment, and scheduling appointments. You’ll be the welcoming, organized person who helps clients navigate the path from referral to their first appointment. Some clients will engage right away, while others may require follow-up and continued outreach. This also includes re-engaging clients who were previously in treatment, helping them reconnect to services and continue their recovery journey. This role is fully remote and best suited for someone who is organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-centered environment. You'll report to the Head of Partnerships. What you'll do Client Outreach & Engagement - Answer inbound calls from patients seeking treatment - Make outbound calls to referred individuals, building rapport and sharing information about Recover's services - Follow up with prospective clients who need additional outreach or who are awaiting insurance enrollment Eligibility & Enrollment - Confirm insurance status using verification portals - Search and manage client records in our electronic health record, creating new charts or updating existing ones as needed - Walk clients through enrollment documents and explain the sign-up process - Provide warm hand-offs to other resources when clients are not eligible for Recover's services Scheduling - Schedule initial appointments based on client preferences for timing, provider, and format

• Provide education, counseling, and support services to individuals participating in court-mandated or DMV-referred Driving Under the Influence (DUI) programs. • Facilitate group and individual counseling sessions. • Maintain compliance with California Code of Regulations Title 9. • Help clients meet legal and behavioral health requirements necessary for program completion. • Foster accountability and recovery by helping participants understand the impact of substance use on driving safety. • Support behavior change through evidence-based interventions. • Collaborate with program leadership and state/county partners to ensure documentation, reporting, and client progress tracking meet all regulatory requirements.

• Assigning CPT codes to services across specialities • Generating CMS 1500 and CMS 837 forms for submittal to payers • Develop and provide feedback on processes and systems
