Role Description This role involves playing a key role in defining the future of Aerospace and Defense as a Senior SAP EWM Functional Consultant/Architect (configuration)– Implementation and Maintenance to help drive the oneRTX: Process & Systems Transformation program. - Conduct workshops to demonstrate standard SAP EWM processes and gather logistics and warehousing requirements from business users. - Design, configure, and implement SAP EWM solutions tailored to enterprise needs. - Lead the implementation effort by training, writing functional specifications, testing (SIT/UAT), performing go-live, and post-implementation support. - Integrate SAP EWM with other modules in SAP S4 HANA such as SD, PP, QM, and with 3rd party systems. - Optimize core warehouse processes such as inbound and outbound logistics, GR, putaway, stock transfers, picking, packing, and shipping. - Work with Global Trade and Services team for integration. - Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, technical, and client stakeholders. - Manage multiple tasks independently and provide proactive support in a dynamic environment. - Travel up to 20% domestically. Qualifications - Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience, or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience. - U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access certain necessary systems or sites. - Proficiency in SAP S4 HANA, EWM configuration (inbound, outbound, transfers, RF framework, Value Added Services, LOSC/POSC, handling unit management, serial numbers, kitting, Material Flow Systems). - Experience with integration technologies, such as CIF, qRFC, IDOC, RFC, and BAPI. Requirements - Experience with Decentralized EWM implementation with S4 HANA. - Warehouse Maintenance. - BTP knowledge. - Experience with transportation management or integration with TM. - Ability to travel up to 20%. • Atuar como especialista SAP DRC/TDF em projetos de implementação, rollout e melhorias em ambiente SAP (S/4HANA ou ECC). • Liderar frentes de atendimento às obrigações acessórias fiscais brasileiras. • Conduzir workshops de levantamento de requisitos com áreas Fiscal, Tributária, Contábil e TI. • Configurar e parametrizar soluções SAP DRC e TDF conforme legislação vigente. • Implementar e dar suporte à geração, validação e transmissão de obrigações como: o SPED Fiscal (EFD ICMS/IPI) o SPED Contribuições o ECD o ECF o EFD-Reinf o DCTFWeb o Demais obrigações suportadas pelo framework SAP • Garantir a correta integração entre módulos FI, MM e SD para composição das obrigações. • Atuar na análise e correção de inconsistências fiscais e contábeis. • Elaborar especificações funcionais (RICEFs) para ajustes e desenvolvimentos. • Apoiar testes unitários, integrados e validações junto à área fiscal. • Atuar em go-live e suporte pós-implantação (hypercare). • Monitorar mudanças na legislação e avaliar impactos na solução SAP.

• Atuar em projetos de implementação e melhorias em SAP FI/CO no ambiente S/4HANA. • Realizar suporte funcional análise e resolução de incidentes. • Levantar requisitos junto às áreas de negócio (Financeiro, Controladoria, Fiscal). • Configurar e parametrizar os módulos FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank) e CO (CCA, PCA, COPA, IO). • Atuar em integrações com sistemas satélites, ERPs legados e soluções SaaS. • Participar de testes integrados, UAT e apoio em go-live. • Apoiar fechamento contábil e processos de controladoria no ambiente SAP. • Garantir aderência às melhores práticas e governança de processos financeiros. • Elaborar documentação funcional e técnica. • Apoiar times técnicos em especificações funcionais para desenvolvimentos (RICEFs)

• Atuar como especialista SAP MM em projetos de implementação, rollout global e melhorias em S/4HANA. • Liderar frentes de trabalho relacionadas a compras, suprimentos e gestão de estoque. • Conduzir workshops de levantamento de requisitos com áreas de negócio (Compras, Supply Chain, Logística, Fiscal e Financeiro). • Realizar configuração e parametrização do módulo MM (Procure to Pay). • Atuar fortemente na Localização Brasil, garantindo aderência às exigências fiscais (NFe, NFSe, CT-e, entre outros). • Apoiar desenho e implementação de integrações com sistemas legados, operadores logísticos, e-commerce e soluções fiscais. • Elaborar especificações funcionais (RICEFs) e atuar em conjunto com times técnicos. • Garantir correta integração com FI, SD, WM/EWM e soluções fiscais. • Participar de testes unitários, integrados e UAT. • Atuar em go-live, hypercare e suporte nível 3 para incidentes críticos. • Apoiar projetos internacionais, garantindo alinhamento entre processos globais e requisitos locais (Brasil).
