The Language Doctors
• Monitor overall document quality to ensure adherence to client-specific and internal standards • Review linguistic content to verify grammatical accuracy and appropriate terminology • Check formatting and layout to ensure documents follow template specifications • Suggest process improvements and participate in root-cause analysis • Collaborate with team members to communicate findings and escalate quality concerns
Job Requirements
- Native or near-native fluency in Italian
- Strong command of written and verbal English (minimum B2 CEFR level)
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or document review
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong organizational and time management skills
