This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established and well-respected organization offering tremendous career growth potential Job Title: S Job Location: Bridgewater, New Jersey - 08807 Onsite/Hybrid: Remote Job Description: • Develop, enhance, and maintain SAP ABAP programs across multiple SAP modules (ECC or S/4HANA). • Work onsite with business users and functional consultants to gather requirements and clarify technical needs. • Design, code, test, and debug ABAP objects including: o Reports (Classical & ALV) o Interfaces (IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs) o Enhancements (User Exits, BADIs, Enhancement Framework) o Forms (SmartForms, Adobe Forms) o OData services • Support integration with other SAP and non SAP systems. • Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and quality assurance activities. • Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution. • Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams to ensure smooth delivery. • Document technical specifications, test scripts, and deployment steps. Required Skills & Experience • 5–8+ years of hands on SAP ABAP development experience. • Strong understanding of SAP architecture, data structures, and integration points. • Experience with ABAP OO, CDS Views, AMDP, and modern ABAP practices (preferred for S/4HANA environments). • Solid experience with interfaces, enhancements, and forms. • Ability to work directly with business stakeholders in an onsite environment. • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with S/4HANA development. • Exposure to SAP Fiori/UI5 development (bonus). • Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models. • Prior experience supporting manufacturing, supply chain, or finance processes (if relevant to your client).
